Our main home is this lovely characterful 5 bedroom house in Royal Tunbridge Wells on Sussex/Kent border. We are mid way (less than an hour each way) between London and the south coast resorts and beaches. All rooms very large, south facing and sunny. Lovely landscaped garden, use our BBQ, hammock, etc. Modern kitchen, two tv lounges, conservatory. Master bedroom huge, with sunken en-suite bathroom. Kids playrooms annex, with table tennis table room, Playstation 2, 4 very good bicycles. Near the centre of town, walk to restaurants, train station, shops etc, yet a mere 5 minutes from endless green countryside, castles, etc., very nearby.
Car exchange is offered, we have a 2006 Lexus RX 400h hybrid, or a 2001 Alfa Romeo 166. (And a Porsche, but I do not think our insurer will let you borrow that one!). Babysitter available.
We now also have a beach holiday home, with swimming pool, just 1 hour north of Cape Town, South Africa, pictures available on request, this could be available also, see listing 26915.
